PROPOSED CHANGES TO PARKING POLICY
Posted on Mar 27th, 2010
Early in 2009, the Board of Directors created a Parking Task Force to review our current parking guidelines in an effort to address several concerns with parking throughout our community. Many of these concerns are directly related to the overall numbers of passes, both permanent and guest, currently in circulation (four per unit) versus the total number of available parking spaces. The Task Force has come up with proposed changes contained in the attached document - Proposed Policy
Management, the Board of Directors and the Parking Task Force want your suggestions and feedback on the proposed changes in an overall effort of formally establishing processes and procedures. Please forward your comments and suggestions to the management office via postal mail, email (Office@ArlingtonOaks.com) or by dropping off a hardcopy with any of the office staff. You may also drop it in the mailbox to the left of the exterior doors to the Community Center. Additionally, you may use the “Contact Us” link on our website and select “Mgmt. Office” to send your comments directly to the management staff. Everyone’s comments and suggestions will be assembled into a document for review by the Task Force, the Board of Directors and our management company. Please have your comments back to the management office within 15 days, no later than Monday, April 12 2010. We appreciate your input.
