Resident Handbook Revision- POD Requests (As approved by the Board of Directors 8/20/14)
Unit owners or residents must submit a written request to Management for permission to store a POD (personal moving or storage container) on property. A written request can be submitted in person at the Association Office, mailed via US regular mail or emailed to email@example.com. Verbal requests will not be considered. Storage of said unit(s) is limited to up to five (5) days and can take up no more than two parking spaces. A request is not considered approved until a written response is sent by Management to the requestor detailing approval terms.
