Jeff Sattig, General Manager
Jeff is a five year resident of Arlington Oaks and has been the President of the Association's Board of Directors for the last three-plus years. Listens to New Age and World music and can be found planting around the community center when not at his desk. Career background has been in Facility & Helpdesk managment.
Sarah Helander, Assistant Manager
Born in Ft. Worth but a long-time area resident, Sarah joined us last year. Her hobbies would be knitting and horseback riding if she had time available apart from carrying a full class load in a Business Administration curriculum. She studies while listening to the 'Chili Peppers and dreaming of living in Fiji.
Jonathan Carothers, Admin. Asst as of 6/27/11
After completing his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Fine Arts, Jonathan pursued a career in customer service. Born in Fairfax County, he has expressed himself through various artistic outlets such as playing guitar, live performance painting, and also is the leading designer for a local DJ Company.
Robert Lipstreu, Maintenance Chief
Bob is from Cleveland and has vast experience with both construction and maintenance. He's been through Peace Officer's training as well as the Catepillar Lift Truck School. He is also a welder and has experience w/designing and building electronic test equipment. Bob roots for the Cleveland Browns, plays guitar and notes our complex is a "challenge".
Chris Lancaster, Asst. Maintenance Chief
Chris is the outdoor hunting-fishing guy. Likes anything Harley Davidson-related but also lists Sushi as his favorite food - Can that be? Chris listens to country & metal and wants to live someplace he can ride year-round. He likes the 'Oaks because it's close to everything and "I'll never run out of work"
Foster Lape, Maintenance Assistant
Foster was born in nearby Ft. Belvoir. A BMX bike fan, he relies on cheeseburgers & french toast to keep his energy level up. Foster says the people here are really nice and he has enjoyed learning about the community. He listens to Blink 182 when the Eagles aren't playing and would live and ride in California given the chance.
Anthony Kerns, Maintenance Assistant
Anthony (Tony) Kerns joined us on 3/28/2011. Born in Alexandria, Tony attended T.C. Williams HS where he played safety on the football team. He loves the Funkadelics, fish, and wants to live on a beach someplace in the future. Tony says he's really enjoying fixing things.
