Arlington County Environmental Collection and Recycling Event, Saturday, October 16, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Rain or shine at Thomas Jefferson Middle School Parking Lot (125 S. Old Glebe Rd.). Arlington residents can safely dispose of household hazardous materials and recycle bikes,small metal items, shoes, eyeglasses, and durable medical equipment. Compost bins will be for sale. Before you come to E-CARE, talk to your neighbors! Combine your items and save a trip to the collection site.
