EMERGENCY BOILER REPLACEMENT - 100-104 N. TRENTON

Boiler already identified for replacement but repairs not holding and water leaks increasing. More details soon but we will begin on this early next week. There will times, as minimal as possible, when heat/hot water not available. Necessary to tackle it now. Thankfuly the weather still moderate.
