NEW ACCESS CARDS BEING ISSUED
Posted on Feb 8th, 2012
As part of implementing the new yearly fee for using the Fitness Center, the on-site office will be deactivating ALL access cards to the Community Center on February 14th, 2012 at 9:00am.
Deactivating the access cards means that you will not be able to access the Community Center or the Fitness Center via your existing card until you stop by the on-site office to reactivate your card, fill out the form, and pay the fee. To reactivate your card please bring your current access card and a check to the on-site office between February 14th, 2012 and March 1st, 2012 (there will also be a form to be complete). The Fitness Center access fee is now $60 yearly. If you have purchased your card on or after 7/1/2011, you will only have to pay a fee of $30 (next year it will be $60 for all residents). If you don’t use the Fitness Center and would just like after-hours access to the community center the fee is $5.
Please keep in mind that the new Fitness Center form needs to be signed by both the owner and the tenant (if you don’t have tenants this doesn’t apply to you). We will be posting the form on the website and will also be sending out the form via our group emails. If you don’t have your email listed please email Office@ArlingtonOaks.com to add your email into our system.
The new form available here: Fitness Center Policy
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the on-site Management office. (if you can’t access the community center this doesn’t merit an afterhours emergency call).
