2016 Annual Meeting Recap

Thank you everyone for stepping up and submitting your proxies or attending the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, January 18th 2017. We successfully received quorum at 27.80% or 103 units. It could not have been done without your active participation. 
The membership voted to elected Aimee Hiskett and myself to the two open Board of Director positions. 
After a report of the Board of Directors and Committees (posted below), a lively discussion of the membership ensued. It was great to hear various perspectives as well as what is and isn't working at Arlington Oaks. Great questions and ideas were put forward for discussion.

As we near the end of 2016, I'd like to take a few minutes to update you on the happenings
around the Association. If you thought last year was busy, 2016 proved to be even busier. We
tackled many important and needed projects this year. We also worked on securing many new
contracts for the Association.

The 2019 parking passes are now available! 


Please stop by the Association Office anytime during normal business hours to pick up your new passes.  As a reminder, our business hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


What To Bring For Resident Sticker: You will need to have your vehicle registration to receive the permanent parking stickers (this document needs to have the Arlington Oaks property address listed). Each unit is allotted two permanent stickers.  There are NO exceptions to this policy. You must still bring in your vehicle registration to obtain the permanent sticker even if it is the same vehicle you registered last year – NO exceptions. Additionally, owners whose accounts are more than 30 days delinquent will not be eligible to receive new parking permits until their accounts are brought current.


What To Bring For Guest Hang Tags: Each unit is allotted two guest hang tags.  There are  NO exceptions to this policy.  2018 guest hang tags (Blue and White) will be EXCHANGED for the new 2019 guest hang tags (Black and White).  If you have guest hang tags, please bring those with you so we can switch out the old  hang tags for the new hang tags.   If you have never received your guest hang tags, you may purchase up to two (2) at $50.00 each (Check or Money Order).  Lost hang tags can also be purchased for a replacement fee of $50.00 each.  


*NOTE: We will not be issuing reimbursements for hang tags that were lost and replaced and then found. You may only exchange the 2018 hang tags for the 2019 hang tag. We will not accept hang tags dated prior to 2018.


*NOTE: If you are not in our system as a renter, homeowner, or other occupant we will NOT issue parking passes until the proper paperwork and applicable move-in fees have been paid. If you plan to have your parking passes picked up by someone who is not in our system and does not live on the property, the homeowner must submit a letter to the office with the name of the person(s) collecting the passes on the homeowner’s behalf.


Due Date: Residents will need to have the new parking stickers and  hang tags displayed no later than February 7, 2019 to avoid being towed.
