Arlington Oaks Condominium is a community of 374 garden style units in 40 buildings, constructed around 1939 and converted to condominium ownership in 1995, comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums, townhomes, and two single-family gatehouses. The community is designed in a campus style, with common site elements of courtyards and walkways.
Meetings of the Board of Directors are generally held at 7:00pm the third Wednesday of the month. All Owners and Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Given COVID-19, meetings are currently held virtually. Links/call-in information are sent by email prior to each meeting.
